吧：particle, used at the end of a sentence to show someone’s agreement, guess，order，or request.

呢：used at the end of a question to show doubt, at the end of a statement to show a mood(particle), a going on action or a pause.
你在做什么呢？（question）
吃饭呢！（mood）
他还没有来呢！（particle）
我呢，就不去了！（pause）
