…的时候（de shí hòu）: it is used to show a status, when +subject+verb+object…，for example: when he was having breakfast/当他吃早饭的时候 or 当他在吃早饭的时候。

Sentence structure: (subject)+verb+object+的时候

eg. 吃饭的时候

      睡觉的时候

     上学的时候

      我学习的时候。

      她走路的时候。

      他3岁的时候。
